• City, state and PIN/ZIP code.
• Restaurant phone number and, when provided, email address.
• Restaurant links such as Zomato and Swiggy URLs.
• Menu files or menu images uploaded for digital-menu creation.
• Dish photographs or other content uploaded for 3D/AR dish presentation.
• Technical information that may be processed by our hosting, storage, security or delivery infrastructure when you use the website.

2. How we use the information

We use submitted information to create, operate, maintain and publish a restaurant's PLATE³ digital menu; display restaurant information and uploaded menu content; create or prepare 3D/AR dish experiences; communicate with restaurants about their submissions; troubleshoot and secure the service; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Public restaurant information

Information supplied for a restaurant's public menu page may be displayed publicly on PLATE³, including the restaurant name, address, contact details, menu content, dish images and links to third-party ordering platforms. Restaurants should not submit information they do not want published.

4. Uploaded content

You remain responsible for the menu files, photographs, logos, trademarks and other materials you submit. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions for PLATE³ to store, process, reproduce, host and display that content for the requested service.

5. Service providers

PLATE³ may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the website, store uploaded files, deliver content and provide technical functionality. Our current website implementation uses services including Supabase for application/database and file-storage functionality and third-party content-delivery services for certain website libraries. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.

6. Third-party links

Restaurant pages may contain links to services such as Zomato, Swiggy, maps or other third-party websites. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms. PLATE³ is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention, correction and deletion

We may retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain published menus, resolve disputes, meet operational requirements or comply with applicable law. If you need information corrected or want to request removal of a restaurant submission or uploaded content, contact us at platecubemailbox@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

9. Children

PLATE³ is intended for restaurants and general website visitors. We do not knowingly request personal information from children for the purpose of creating restaurant submissions.
